Shipping & Return Policy

By purchasing goods from Bel-bambini.com, you acknowledge and agreeing to these terms and conditions, including our Returns and Exchanges policy.

For your convenience, we offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd and 3rd days or Next Day Air shipping. The cost of shipping is dependent on the delivery option you choose, weight, size, dimensions of your items and the order value of your purchase. We require a signature for all deliveries. You cannot waive signature delivery and we do not ship to PO boxes. Please reference the chart below for the cost and the type of service. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address. You are also responsible for all shipping costs to and from Bel Bambini for exchanges and/or edited orders.

Oversized or bulky items will not be available to be shipped via an expedited service.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase and like to return or exchange, please return the unused item in its original package, original tags, within 10 business days of receipt and we will provide you with online store credit, less shipping costs.

Please call or email us at customeservice@bel-bambini.com, the reason for the return and provide your order number and the item you wish to return. We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#); all returns made without RA # will not be accepted. We only can issue a store credit.

Please note that all returns must be sent via UPS or registered mail as we need a signature. In addition, furniture and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanges. Items purchased in the store cannot be returned via the internet and ALL REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITED.

Upon receipt of return goods, the customer will be issued an online credit that can be used to purchase alternative products on Bel-bambini.com.

No returns or cancellations on special orders. Special orders are to customer’s specifications and cannot be returned or cancelled. Bel Bambini will expedite your order(s), however supplier’s delivery times are approximate, and therefore any delays do not constitute grounds for cancellations.

Bel-bambini.com may cancel your order or part of your order if the items are sold out and no longer available. In the event of partial orders, Bel-bambini.com will ship the items in stock and remove the out of stock items.
