We make exchanges easy. With instantaneous updates of online purchases, your chance for duplicated gifts is minimal. But in the event that you do end up with one thing, but really wish you’d gotten something else, we’re happy to exchange it. Whether the item was purchased online or in-store, exchanges can be made by mail (UPS, FedEx, etc.)** or in person up to 30 days from the date of the purchase with its original packaging intact and a receipt of the purchase.
You have options for delivery. When creating your registry, it’s simple to select an alternate delivery address; and when friends and family shop, they have a choice of delivery services and speeds. Gift-wrapping is available for all in-store registry purchases and for your furniture purchases, availability of white-glove delivery and assembly for Los Angeles and Orange County residents round out your options. Finally, your registry addresses are not visible to shoppers, and celebrity registries can be created under an alias.
