How do I set up a registry?
To create a registry, you must first log in or create an online account. To create an account, click the "Create Account" link in the upper-right-hand corner of the homepage; fill out your information and choose a username and password. Click the "Create Account" button at the bottom of the page, and then select the "Add New Registry" link on the following page.
Last, briefly fill out your registrant and event information…and start adding items!
How do I add items to my registry?
To add items, go to the My Account & Registries page. Simply click the "Add Items!" button next to the registry you wish to access. This will take you to our catalog page; from here, you can start shopping! You can continue to add or delete items at any time: Just return to our site and log in to your account.
Can I add gift certificates to my registry?
Including gift certificates in your registry is an excellent idea for making sure you get those last-minute items. Gift certificates in amounts from $25 to $1,000 can be added as part of your registry in the same manner as gifts. Gift certificates can be accessed from the "Gifts" section of our catalog.
Can I save my registry and finish adding items later?
Of course. For your convenience, items you add to your registry are automatically saved when you log out or exit our site. To add additional items later, just log back in, then click the "View & Add to Your Registries" link.
Can I register for an occasion other than a baby shower?
Absolutely! Any children's (or mommy-related) event is cause for celebration! Creating a registry for events such as a bridal shower, birthday, baby naming, bris, baptism, or other early-childhood milestone is very common and ensures kids and their caretakers get the gifts they need. In fact, more parents are finding that creating a registry for gift-giving holidays like Hanukkah and Christmas simplifies shopping and eliminates the waste of exchanging unwanted items.
Can someone help me select the items I need?
Our in-house registry consultants are here to do just that. Visit our store, or call for a phone consultation, and they'll guide you through the selection process, helping your choose between brands and among items with subtle differences. Let our consultants know about any special needs or preferences-such as hypoallergenic, organic, or chemical-free-and they'll steer you toward the best solution for your family…complimentary of course!
How can I make sure I have everything before bringing my baby home?
Our Baby Registry Checklist was compiled so you'll be fully prepared. Especially for first-time moms, there's so much to think about. Print our checklist and mark products as you add them online, or have one of our registry consultants take you through it, item by item, as you select in-store. (Note: Complimentary in-store registry consultations are by appointment or on a first-come-first-served basis.)

Sharing & Purchasing from Your RegistryHow can I let friends and family know about my Bel Bambini registry?
We make it easy to let friends and family know about your registry. First, we offer complimentary registry insert cards, which may be mailed alone or slipped inside any shower or event invitation. Just call our store or email email@example.com - and ask to have them ready for pickup or sent to your home.
Secondly, you can send an email right from your registry. This sends recipients a link directly to your Bel Bambini registry, taking the guesswork (and legwork!) out of gift giving. Just log in, and view your registry (by clicking the "View Registry" button on the My Account & Registries page). Then select the "Email Your Registry" box on the following page to enter up to five names and addresses at once.
How do gift-givers purchase from my registry?
Gift-givers have three convenient options for purchasing registry items. They can visit Bel Bambini and view your registry in-store, call the store during business hours and place their order by phone, or shop online from home 24/7.
To purchase a gift online, visit www.bel-bambini.com and click the "Find a Registry" link on the homepage. Enter the registrant's name or registry number in the search column on the following page, then click the "View Registry" box next to the appropriate registry. Once in the person's registry, you can see the number of items desired and the number already purchased, as well as view pictures and descriptions of items. Simply select the quantity and gift(s) to be bought and follow the prompts to checkout.
Are the same items available online and in the store?
Generally, yes. However, should you come across something in one place and want to purchase it from the other, just ask! We'd be happy to order the item, in most cases, for arrival within the week.
Managing & Updating Your RegistryCan I add or delete items after I've finished setting up my registry?
Yes. Think of your registry as a dynamic wish list that can be altered according to your changing needs and preferences. You can add items or increase quantities at any time, online 24/7; you can delete items or decrease quantities as long as the product has not been purchased. Simply log in to your online account, then click the "View & Add to Your Registries" link and proceed to add items.
Can I set up more than one registry?
Definitely. It's more popular than ever to set up a registry for holidays, birthdays, and other baby or mommy events. Just log in to your Bel Bambini account using the "Log In" tab in the upper-right corner of the homepage; then select the "Add New Registry" link. Proceed by entering the details in the same manner as for the first event.
What if I want to delete or cancel my registry?
You need not "close out" your registry following your event. After one year, your registry will be automatically removed from our system. However, should you wish to cancel or delete your registry at any time, simply notify our store by phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Receiving Gifts from Your Registry
What if I get duplicate gifts or wish to return something from my registry?
Since our online system updates automatically, showing shoppers which items are still available, the chance for duplicated purchase is slim. With that being said, duplicates do happen. In the event that you change your mind or receive more than what you need, no problem. We are happy to exchange items for up to 30 days, with the original packaging intact; you may also select a store credit, which can be redeemed at any future date, with no expiration. Exchanges may be made by mail or in person.

Where will my gifts be shipped, and can I change this address later?
When you create a registry, you will enter the addresses of the primary and (if you choose) co-registrant. Next to each is a bubble titled "Primary Shipping Address." Simply check the bubble next to the address at which you wish to receive your gifts. You also have the option to add a third "Additional Registrant," whom may instead be selected as the Primary Shipping Address.
You may change the shipping address at any time by logging in to your account, then visiting the My Account & Registries page (from the upper-right-hand corner). Next to the appropriate registry, click the "View Registry" button, then the "Update Registry Contact Info" button on top of the next page.
How will my gifts be shipped, and how much will it cost purchasers?
As with all online purchases, shoppers have a choice of USPS, FedEx, or UPS shipping methods, ranging from overnight to ground delivery. This allows gift-givers to select their preference of speed and associated charge. (Note: Shipping charges are calculated by carrier; Bel Bambini is not involved in setting shipping rates.)
Can visitors to my registry see my shipping address(es)?
No. To protect our customers' privacy, shipping addresses are never visible to shoppers.
Completing Your Registry
Do I receive a discount to purchase any remaining items after my event has passed?
Absolutely! We want to make it easy to leave with every last item on your list. That's why we offer a 10% one-time discount on any-or all-remaining registry items after your event has occurred. (Note: Offer does not include strollers or furniture.)
How do I take advantage of the 10% registry-completion discount?
To make your completion purchase, just drop by, call our store, or email email@example.com. We'll give you a discount code good for one-time use in the store or online.
How long after my event will my registry be available?
Once your event has passed, you will get a notification from Bel Bambini associate. Your registry will be active for 14 days following your event. During this time, you may continue to access your registry, and guests can continue to purchase presents from your registry both online and in the store.
